Thank you for your interest in our property! In times of stress and worry, it’s important for us to continue to give people the space to relax and connect with one another. Keeping the safety of our guests top of mind, we are following the CDC's cleaning and sanitizing guidelines in all of our properties. All properties are currently being cleaned with substances that are antibacterial such as bleach.

This luxurious 10th floor condo was completely remodeled in 2019 and showcases views of both the Halifax River and Atlantic Ocean. This rare unit is able to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit at The Opus Condominiums is located on the 10th floor and northwest side of this luxurious resort style condominium. The Opus Condominiums are known for being luxurious and has great access to amenities on premise such as an oceanfront pool, hot tub, fitness center, and lavish meeting rooms.

The living room holds a beautiful new sofa set to enjoy the large flat-screen TV. The living room overlooks the dining area fit with an elegant dining table which seats 6 and features breathtaking views of the Halifax River and city below. Nearby is a counter-top with an additional 3 bar stools so that the whole family can dine together! From the dining room step onto the private balcony and relax in patio furniture while watching the sailboats drift by on the Halifax River.

The modern kitchen is fully stocked and is seamlessly connected with the living room and dining area. The granite counter top that separates the living room and kitchen area acts as a great serving area for food. All kitchen appliances are new and include oven, stove-top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a dishwasher.

When you are ready to relax and rejuvenate after an exciting adventure at the beach, there are 3 bedrooms to meet your needs. The master suite hosts a king bed, walk-in closet, sitting area with a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. The master bathroom holds a gorgeous walk-in shower, 6’ whirlpool tub with jets, and double vanity. The second bedroom, also known as "Mermaid Oasis", has a flat-screen TV, full size bed, and a twin/twin bunk bed, suitable for up to 4 guests. The third bedroom, also known as "Flirty Flamingo", has two queen beds and a flat-screen TV, also suitable for up to 4 guests. The guest bathroom is situated between both guest bedrooms and holds a tub/shower combo.

  The condo was nicely decorated and in a great location. Have stayed at Opus several times. The beds in this unit were most uncomfortable. The king bed and the queen bed were terrible. The mattress needs to be replaced on both. The queen mattress felt like it was broken in the middle. Another disadvantage of this condo is the master bedroom closet is locked and unable to use.

  This could not have been a smoother and more pleasant vacation rental. The price was very competitive with nearby hotels to accommodate the same number of people. Jennifer was an outstanding agent and was responded to all concerns incredibly quickly. The quality of the accomodations were great. On-site fitness room has a cable-based machine, dumbbells to 50 pounds, 2 treadmills (not great for heavier people), 1 stationary bike, and 1 elliptical. Locations is among the best if you want to be near the Daytona Beach/Main Street area for bike week (only 2 miles south, maybe 3 stoplights). We will definitely book with Oceans Luxury Realty again, hopefully we make it back next year!

  We stayed in Opus Apt # 1001. Condo was stylish and clean.A lot of bath towels to use, washing machine and dryer so you can wash whenever you want. Excellent internet connection, satelite/cabke tv and Netflix.
  There was a lot beach toys.
  The halway and elevator clean and nice. Easy entry to the clean pool and jacuzi. Also easy entry from pool to the clean beach where you can see driving lifeguards what os really important if you want to swim safely.
  Easy check in an check out and fast communication with menagement. Overall, great stay.

  We stayed in this wonderful condo for an extra long weekend. It was clean, easy to find, close to restaurants, right by the beach, and had an awesome view. The only negative I had to say was we couldn't find beach towels. There were three in the condo but we had 8 people. We had to go buy some. I would have brought some from home. No big deal though. Overall I'd give it 4.999 stars.
