Thank you for your interest in our property! In times of stress and worry, it’s important for us to continue to give people the space to relax and connect with one another. Keeping the safety of our guests top of mind, we are following the CDC's cleaning and sanitizing guidelines in all of our properties. All properties are currently being cleaned with substances that are antibacterial such as bleach.

Being located in a great neighborhood just south of International Speedway Boulevard, makes this a prime location on Florida's East Coast. Spectacular sunrises over the ocean and river set the stage for your dream vacation! Welcome to Opus where gourmet kitchens accompanied with luxury furnishings compliment the stunning views of the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean. Some features include: Whirlpool tubs, oversized balconies, under-building parking and private storage, all secured with the serenity of virtually soundproof walls. More superb amenities include an oceanfront pool, club room, use of beach equipment and fitness center. At over 2056 sq ft and 9' ceilings, we offer extremely spacious 3 bedroom/2 baths with room for everyone in your vacation plans. Luxurious amenities such as granite counter tops, flat screen TVs in each bedroom, and a separate laundry room with a front load washer and dryer are all included.

The master suite with a king bed hosts a beautiful bathroom completed by a gorgeous, tiled shower and 6' Whirlpool tub with jets. The second bedroom has two full beds and the third guest bedroom has two twin size beds. The cutting-edge living room has a 50" TV with a complete entertainment center. The kitchen is outfitted with brand new stainless aplliance, cooking and baking utensils. This condo even includes an assortment of beach towels and chairs!

  Communication was great through planning/booking. The post shpwed direct ocean balcony but once booked the pics changed.once booked had to call to get questions answered bc no response to emails. That being said they were polite professional and knowledgeable. The property was clean and beautiful. Pleasantly surprised at how now crowded beaches and pool was. Felt completely safe and able to completely social distance while having fun bc very little people on beach/pool.

  We had a great time at Opus Condominium. It had everything we needed for a home away from home stay—dishes/cookware, beach chairs and toys, washer and dryer, towels, etc. The only real complaint we had was parking. The only spot you are guaranteed is the numbered spot in the parking garage, so if you have more than one vehicle, you may not get a spot! We have stayed at this condo 3 or 4 times, and have never seen the parking like this before. It would be great if they could hand out parking permits or limit the amount of spaces per unit. Over all, we had a great time, and will stay here again.

  We had a great vacation. Rooms very nice. The condo is huge. Very nice pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed playing on the pool tables downstairs. The gym was nice too. Very convenient to beach. There is a dollar general across the street from condo so if you needed groceries or whatever it was steps away. Lifeguard stations not far from units which saved our lives this week getting caught in a riptide. We had a blast and highly recommend this place to anyone.
