Thank you for your interest in our property! In times of stress and worry, it’s important for us to continue to give people the space to relax and connect with one another. Keeping the safety of our guests top of mind, we are following the CDC's cleaning and sanitizing guidelines in all of our properties. All properties are currently being cleaned with substances that are antibacterial such as bleach.

Being located in a great neighborhood just south of International Speedway Boulevard, makes this a prime location on Florida's East Coast. Spectacular sunrises over the ocean and river set the stage for your dream vacation! Welcome to Opus where gourmet kitchens accompanied with luxury furnishings compliment the stunning views of the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean. Some features include: Whirlpool tubs, oversized balconies, under-building parking and private storage, all secured with the serenity of virtually soundproof walls. A superb package of amenities; oceanfront pool, club room, use of beach equipment and fitness center. At over 2056 sq. ft. and 9' ceilings; we offer extremely spacious 3 bedroom/3 baths with room for everyone in your vacation plans. Luxurious amenities such as granite counter tops and a separate laundry room with a front load washer and dryer are all included.

The master suite with a king bed hosts a beautiful bathroom completed by a gorgeous, tiled shower and 6' Whirlpool tub with jets. The first guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and the second guest bedroom also has two queen beds, allowing up to 10 people to utilize the condo.

The cutting-edge living room has a 50" TV with a complete entertainment center. The kitchen is outfitted with brand new stainless appliances, cooking and baking utensils, and dish sets to serve 12. This condo even includes an assortment of beach towels and chairs! The over sized balcony affords guests a breathtaking place to take in the views of the Atlantic Ocean and intercostal waterways.

  We love the Opus building. We love Daytona Beach Shores.The room was not cleaned by the cleaning company in the proper manner, but Oceans Realty went out of their way to make up for that hiccup.This unit could use some upgrades like new sofa, carpet and curtain replacement. Other than those items, it was a great vacation.

  The condo was fantastic and Jennifer Green helped us with everything. The only complaint I have was that some of the guest were not considerate of others. Smoking by the pool with children present. Asking my grandson not to splash, when your at a pool you are going to get wet.

  Beautiful condo large enough for at least 10 people. Not enough parking had to pay 70 dollars to park our third car! I was expecting a side unit but it is a street unit but you can see the ocean from kitchen. seemed a bit pricey for what you get without enough parking!

We agree that parking can be scarce with the condos in town. However, this condo like all condos on the peninsula provide one assigned parking space underground. Then, you may bring one additional vehicle for the above ground parking lot however, this lot is first-come-first-serve. This is generous compared to parking in most major and beach-side cities. As a tip, we always recommend parking the vehicle you plan on using the most in the assigned spot that way you know you have a spot to return to. We notify guests of this when they book, in the rental agreement, and in the arrival instructions. We hope if you return to any of the condos in the area that it will be helpful to know what to expect next time.
