Set directly on the ocean in Ponce Inlet, this mansion home offers privacy and luxury for your next gathering of family and friends. As you approach the home and pass the 2 car garage you'll see a private, walled pool on your left. You'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as you follow the paved pathway and enter this luxurious estate. When you enter you'll be greeted by a game room with a full-size pool table and fireplace overlooking the pool deck through double glass doors. The over-sized pool is surrounded by a tall, brick wall allowing for privacy as you enjoying the relaxing waters. Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, this pool is not heated. Lounge chairs surround the pool deck as well as a covered area showcasing outdoor dining and a gas grill.
Continue back inside and down the interior hallway to find a separate building joined to the main house by the interior hallway. The first floor of this building contains a bedroom with 2 twin beds and en-suite full bathroom. As you head up stairs in the interior hallway you'll gaze upon views of the Atlantic ocean as you enter a private bedroom with a queen bed. This building is perfect for those seeking privacy from the rest of the party and was completely remodeled in 2018.
Head back downstairs and follow the interior hallway through the main entrance of the home. You'll be greeted by a formal dining room with room for the whole party! Adjacent to the dining room is fully stocked kitchen that will be going through a staged remodel from 2018 and into early 2019. Head through the kitchen to find a breakfast nook, half bathroom, and laundry room. Just past the formal dining room is a lovely living room with a fireplace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Through the living room is the family room with ample furniture and a flat-screen television all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Both the living room and family room have entrances to your private, oceanfront deck.
To the left of the living room you'll find a hallway with bedrooms at each end and a full bathroom in-between. The bedroom on the left end of the hallway holds a twin bunk bed and built-in desk area. The bedroom on the right end of the hallway showcases views of the Atlantic Ocean and holds a queen bed.
From the family room you'll head upstairs to find the master suite. You'll find a gorgeous ocean view greeting you as enter the master bedroom. Walk past your private balcony entrance and into the master oasis. The master suits holds a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom which was all remodeled in 2017.
Back through the family or living room lies an entrance leading you to your private, oceanfront deck. The sprawling deck is stocked with ample lounge chairs as well as outdoor dining areas all while taking in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Imagine watching the sunrise while you drink your coffee each morning in peaceful solitude or sipping on a glass of wine with great company in the evenings while the sun goes down.
Please note this is an older home and has been going through an extensive, staged remodel since 2017 that is continuing today. The photos accurately depict what has and has not been remodeled and are always up to date. The discounted price for this large, oceanfront pool home is reflected in the quote provided and takes into account the current state of the home. There will never be any remodeling work performed during your stay, only emergency repairs if necessary.
