Set directly on the ocean, this 8000 square foot home offers privacy and luxury for your next gathering of family and friends. As you approach the home and pass the detached 3-car garage, you'll wind around a bricked bath to enter a lovely, bricked courtyard surrounded by lush landscaping. You'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as you follow the courtyard and enter this luxurious mansion. The open floor plans allows the Atlantic Ocean to greet you from the moment you walk into the home with floor to ceiling grand windows strong along the back of the home. To the right of the entrance is a lovely office space completed by a leather sofa and an adjoining full bathroom. Just past the bathroom is pool table room with full size equipment and a private entrance to the bricked courtyard.
Walking forward from the entrance you'll be greeted with a gorgeous, open living room with ample leather sofas and large, flat-screen TV. To the left of the living room is a gorgeous dining table overlooking the oceanfront deck and Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy watching the sunrise while enjoying breakfast or the sunset in the evening while indulging in a lovely dinner cooked in the fully stocked kitchen nearby. The chef in the group will love preparing meals in the gorgeous, oceanfront kitchen that boasts granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Through kitchen hosts a half bathroom adjacent to the laundry room. Just past the laundry room is the first guest bedroom containing a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a private entranced to the bricked courtyard.
Near the entrance of the home lies a grand staircase leading you to the second floor. You'll find a gorgeous chandelier greeting you as walk down the upstairs hallway. Located on the left is the oceanfront master bedroom. A king bed, fireplace, flat-screen TV, and furnished sitting make this room it's own private retreat. The adjoining master bathroom contains a his and her vanity, a large walk-in showers, and a spacious walk-in closet. You'll enter the second guest bedroom through elegant french doors and find a twin bunk bed, chest with games, and a flat-screen TV. On the right side of the hallway you'll find the third and fourth guest bedrooms which are identical. Each contain a queen bed and are adjoined by a shared bathroom.
Stroll back across the bricked courtyard and up the exterior stays which take you above the detached garage and into a private mother-in-law suite. The suite boasts an outdoor balcony and sitting space that allows you to look over the main house and gaze upon the ocean waves. The suite holds a large living complete with lush furnishings, a full-sized kitchen that comes fully stocked, and a dining area. The suite also contains not one but two identical bedrooms with 2 adjoining identical bathrooms. Each bedroom hosts a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private in-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Grandparents have been known to seek refuge in this suite!
Back through the bricked courtyard lies an extended bricked path along the side of the home leading you to your private, oceanfront deck. The sprawling deck is stocked with ample lounge chairs as well as outdoor dining areas all while taking in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Along the boardwalk to the ocean you'll be greeted by a large, private hot tub that looks over the ocean.
