Thank you for your interest in our property! In times of stress and worry, it’s important for us to continue to give people the space to relax and connect with one another. Keeping the safety of our guests top of mind, we are following the CDC's cleaning and sanitizing guidelines in all of our properties. All properties are currently being cleaned with substances that are antibacterial such as bleach.

This luxurious 8th floor condo was completely remodeled in 2019 and showcases views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Halifax River. This beautiful unit is able to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit at The Opus Condominiums is located on the 8th floor and north side of this luxurious resort style condominium. The Opus Condominiums are known for being luxurious and has great access to amenities on premise such as an oceanfront pool, hot tub, fitness center, and lavish meeting rooms.

The living room holds a beautiful new sofa set to enjoy the large flat-screen TV. The living room overlooks the dining area fit with an elegant dining table which seats 4, 4 bar stools, and breathtaking views of the ocean below. From the living room step onto the private balcony and relax in patio furniture while watching the waves crash against the shore.

The modern kitchen is fully stocked and is seamlessly connected with the living room and dining area. The granite counter top that separates the living room and kitchen area acts as a great serving area for food. All kitchen appliances are new and include an oven, stove-top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a dishwasher.

When you are ready to relax and rejuvenate after an exciting adventure at the beach, there are 3 bedrooms to meet your needs. The master suite hosts a king bed, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. The master bathroom holds a gorgeous walk-in shower, 6’ whirlpool tub with jets, and double vanity. The second bedroom has a flat-screen TV and two queen beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom is situated between both guest bedrooms and holds a tub/shower combo.

  rented last minute(two weeks prior). I was familiar with New Symrnia, but not Daytona Shores area. It was great, condo was wonderful. Beach, Ocean and pool could not have been better. Picking up the keys and entry to the condo was great and easy. First time visiting from Michigan in July. Love the condo and the way it was set up. The one thing that bothered me was that I did not see a place for the recycle materials(cans, pop bottles etc). Not the owners fault. The patio door handle came loose but was fixed within 24 hours of my call.

  Beautiful rental in a perfect beachfront location. The unit is large and spacious, and looks newly renovated. The decor is inviting and the home is very clean with a fantastic balcony arrangement and view of the oceam. The pictures don't do it justice.
  
  The management was great to deal with and very helpful. I've stayed in vacation rentals many times on Daytona Beach, and this one is by far the best! Makes me want to purchase a unit in that building.
