Thank you for your interest in our property! In times of stress and worry, it’s important for us to continue to give people the space to relax and connect with one another. Keeping the safety of our guests top of mind, we are following the CDC's cleaning and sanitizing guidelines in all of our properties. All properties are currently being cleaned with substances that are antibacterial such as bleach.

This 1,951 sq. ft. elegant Opus condominium contains three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living area, an oceanfront balcony, and over-sized windows and glass doors throughout. Being located in a great neighborhood just south of International Speedway Boulevard, makes this a prime location on Florida's East Coast. Spectacular sunrises over the ocean and river set the stage for your dream vacation! Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at Opus such as Whirlpool tubs, over-sized balconies, under-building parking, an oceanfront pool, club room,and fitness center all secured with the serenity of virtually soundproof walls.

The oceanfront master suite boasts private balcony access to enjoy spectacular oceanfront views. With a large walk-in closet, walk-in shower, granite double vanity, and Jacuzzi tub the master suite is the epitome of luxury. The second bedroom is elegantly decorated and contains one queen bed and a twin bed with a full bathroom just across the hall. The third bedroom has a king bed with an adjoining full bathroom.

The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and contains 4 bar stools for additional seating. The adjacent dining area for 6 overlooks the ocean.Nearby, the spacious living room boasts comfortable furnishings and breathtaking direct ocean views. This condominium even includes a full laundry room for added convenience. Step onto your private, wraparound balcony and enjoy the endless ocean views on abundant, comfortable patio furniture.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level.

  The condo was very clean, large plenty of room for everyone, and great location! There is no grill or grilling allowed anywhere on the property. Also the check in/out process could be improved. You have to go off site to pick up keys that you don’t need because the door has a key pad. Then you have to check in again once you get to the condo. The garage door opener could be handed out by the property manager.

We do not list a grill at the property and they keys are necessary. Because the building's beach gate is keyed, you need a physical key to access the beach gate. It is impossible to have an electric key pad at the outdoor beach gate because of exposure. You also need a garage opener to access the garage and there is no staff at Opus that could pass it out there. There is no second check in location, you simply pick up the key packet at our office, which is on the way to Opus and is convenient and contact-less with a lock box, and then head straight into Opus and into your condo. There is no staff at Opus so there would be no one to check in with. Given these facts we wish we could have earned all 5 of your stars but we are glad to hear you had a great time!
