Keeping the safety of our guests top of mind, we are following the CDC's cleaning and sanitizing guidelines in all of our properties. Set directly on the ocean, this spacious home offers privacy and luxury for your next gathering of family and friends. You'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as you enter this luxurious oceanfront paradise. The split floor plans allows privacy when needed and socialization when wanted.

While the home does not offer a garage, it does include a large driveway with a carport that accommodates two vehicles. The most convenient entrance to the home is near the carport which directs you through the first floor. The first floor layout has been redesigned to accommodate more sleeping quarters. You enter into the first guest bedroom which was previously a second living room. This bedroom includes a queen bed with a vibrant, teal bedspread and nearby vanity with a sink and mirror for convenient area to get ready. Because this is not a traditional private bedroom, guests would need to go through this room to enter the other two guest bedrooms on the first floor and the stairs to the second floor. The second guest bedroom holds two full beds with a fun, seashell theme as well as a television. The third guest bedroom contains a queen bed and a television. A full bathroom is located between the second and third guest bedrooms. The first floor even includes an assortment of activities for all ages such as cards and board games.

The remainder of the home is on the second floor. Pass through the oceanfront living room to a large, formal dining room that accommodates 6 guests with 5 additional bar stools nearby, allowing your whole group to dine together in one location. The spacious kitchen is right off the dining room and is stocked with all the cooking necessities. The home also includes a full-size laundry room for convenience. The master suite features a king bed, television, and en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom provides a double vanity, private water closet, and walk-in shower. There is an additional full bathroom on the second floor which includes a shower/tub combo.

Through the living room on the second floor you'll enter your private, oceanfront backyard retreat. A brand-new sprawling multi-level deck overlooks the pristine sand and gentle rolling waves. A charcoal grill and outdoor dining furniture allow for delicious, oceanfront meals. Vibrant lounge chairs allow you to soak in the Florida sun while listening to the waves crash against the shore.
